Depth Intensives
Depth intensives offer extended time for deeper reflection, nervous system work, emotional processing, and focused therapeutic support.
Unlike traditional therapy sessions, intensives create space to move beyond immediate concerns and explore the deeper patterns, experiences, emotions, and stories that may be shaping your life. The additional time allows for greater depth, integration, and connection with yourself without feeling rushed.
These sessions may be supportive during periods of transition, grief, burnout, trauma healing, relational change, identity exploration, or reconnecting with yourself more intentionally.
Intensives are offered virtually and are collaboratively tailored to your goals, needs, and readiness.
